Contact enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message using the information you enter. You review and send it in WhatsApp. Preparing an enquiry can also create a restricted delivery record and an email alert to Local Growth. Opening the WhatsApp draft does not send the message to Marcel; you still review and send it yourself. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
Provide the details needed to discuss your lock or key problem. Share your exact address privately once a visit is arranged. Exclusive Locksmiths uses the details you send to respond to the enquiry and arrange the requested service.
Website measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and clicks on telephone, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about the visit. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website configuration.
The website’s custom event tracking does not send enquiry names, message text, addresses or other form-field values to Google Analytics. Clicking a contact button indicates an intention to enquire; it is not a confirmed booking.
Your choices

Optional Google cookies
On arrival you can accept optional Google cookies for visit and enquiry measurement and advertising, or choose Essential only. Calls, WhatsApp and enquiry forms remain available with either choice. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw it. Advertising personalization stays disabled.
Enquiry records and notification emails
When you submit an enquiry, the business and its service provider Local Growth may keep the necessary details to respond and check delivery. Local Growth receives an email alert and a restricted audit record. Client notification preferences are respected. Contact-button activity is recorded only when optional measurement is allowed; it records the time, page and channel, not an answered call or a sent WhatsApp message. Opening WhatsApp does not give the website access to your conversations.
The agency audit record is kept for up to 90 days for delivery checks and reconciliation. Existing business records and email correspondence follow their own retention arrangements. Contact the business using its published details for privacy questions. This setup does not record calls or read WhatsApp messages.
Google Ads call measurement
If you accept optional Google cookies and arrive through an eligible Google ad, Google may display a forwarding phone number that routes to Marcel’s normal business number. Google Ads can measure the call time, duration and connection status and may provide caller-number details where available. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds are counted as call conversions; this does not establish a booking or paid job. The website does not record call audio. Choosing Essential only keeps the normal business phone and WhatsApp links available.
