Can you keep the existing handle?
Sometimes. It depends on the condition and compatibility of the handle, cylinder and lock mechanism. We’ll assess what needs replacing.
Can you help after a tenant moves out?
Yes. Tell us how many doors or locks are involved. We can discuss rekeying compatible locks or fitting replacement cylinders.
How much will the locksmith cost?
There is no separate call-out fee. A fixed first-hour rate applies. Call Marcel to confirm the current rate, what it includes and any parts or after-hours charges before booking.
What warranty applies?
Warranty depends on the lock fitted and the condition of the door. Ask Marcel to explain the applicable hardware and workmanship terms before the work starts.
