Can you make a spare or replacement car key?
No. We repair the physical shell or casing of an existing key. We do not cut, duplicate, code or programme spare or replacement car keys.
How much will the locksmith cost?
There is no separate call-out fee. A fixed first-hour rate applies. Call Marcel to confirm the current rate, what it includes and any parts or after-hours charges before booking.
What warranty applies?
Warranty depends on the lock fitted and the condition of the door. Ask Marcel to explain the applicable hardware and workmanship terms before the work starts.
